The following Website Terms and Conditions, relate to information regarding the general use of our website, the services and the products supplied by Business Media Promotions.
 
1 Business Media Promotions Website:
By using our website (and services), you agree to accept these terms and conditions of use and that you agree to abide and be bound by them.

2 The Terms & Conditions:
From time to time we may change these terms and conditions without giving notice, and will post revisions on the Business Media Promotions website as and when they become available. It’s recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions, prior to using our site and thereafter regularly to review any changes. If you have purchased a service with us (for example the provision of a website) you will also be governed by the terms of that agreement, which shall prevail in the event of a conflict.

Online purchases have additional terms and conditions relating to those transactions and the details are indicated where necessary.

4 Privacy
Use of the data that you provide us with, or which is collected by us via our website or email, is governed by the prevailing laws on privacy policy. By using our site(s) you consent to such data processing. Business Media Promotions will not pass your details onto any third parties.

5 Service Availability
We try to ensure that our website availability and that of our clients is uninterrupted and will be error-free. However, we cannot, guarantee that access will not be suspended or restricted from time to time, including to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will of course try to limit the frequency and duration of any suspension or restriction and will where possible inform clients of any scheduled downtime in their sites.

6 Intellectual Property Rights
The content, layout, design, data, databases and graphics on the Business Media Promotions website and that of our clients, are protected by UK and other International intellectual property laws and are owned by Business Media Promotions.

Other than printing a small proportion of content or displaying this on your screen or both, (but, strictly for your personal non-commercial use) is permitted.
 
No part of the Business Media Promotions website (or those of Marble Business Services client sites) may be reproduced or stored in any medium. Including but not limited to a retrieval system or transmitted, in any form or by any means whether that be via electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or broadcasting.

7 Strap-Lines
All strap-lines remain the sole property and copyright of Business Media Promotions, unless supplied by the client. The client may not use any strap-lines supplied by Business Media Promotions in or within any other media types whatsoever, without seeking written approval of the management of Business Media Promotions.

8 Site Content:
You may not create or make any other adaptation with the sites content, without our prior written consent. You may not use any illustrations, photographs, audio or videos or any graphics or accompanying text, without the prior consent of Business Media Promotions. Only then, any permitted use of our material is subject to ensuring that our copyright notices and trade marks appear without alteration, we also reserve the right to charge for the use of our intellectual property material.

If you print off or download any material from our website(s) you will be in breach of these terms of conditions and in breach of our intellectual property rights.

9 Supplied Content:
Any material (or supplied content) you upload to our sites will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. For such content, you grant us a transferable, royalty free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, copy, edit, amend and create derivative works in whole or partly for any purpose, in any media medium.

10 Removal Of Supplied Content:
We may remove or amend any such material at any time without notice to you, that Business Media Promotions considers unfit. This may also mean the shutting down of sites provided by us, or the removal of pages.

We also have the right to disclose your identity to ay third party who is claiming that any material posted or uploaded by you to any of our sites constitutes a violation of their rights, including without limitation, their intellectual property rights and reputational rights or of their right to privacy.

11 Permission for use of our Intellectual Property
Any request for permission to use our content, images, text or other use of our intellectual property should be made, using the contact us form.

12 Clients Supplied Content
Clients must own or be in a position to prove that they own or have the consent to use any graphics, text content, photographs, video, etc. Business Media Promotions accept no liability whatsoever for the content supplied by the client. The client exonerates Business Media Promotions from any legal changes whatsoever that may arise, from the clients supplied content.

13 Prices:
Our pricing policy for website design and hosting, is clearly detailed on our website. Please note there are reoccurring charges, charged on a per annum basis. The initial design and concept of all new websites is included in the price listed.

14 Deposit:
 A deposit is required at the point of engaging our services for the supply of a website and hosting package. The deposit is non-refundable and Business Media Promotions reserve the right to pass on in full any additional costs incurred to the client.

15 Invoicing:
All invoices are payable on presentation or within the agreed credits. Clients will be invoiced prior to the end of their contacts end date in order to retain services.

16 Payment:
Payment must be made prior to the contract end date in order that the functionality and availability of the client’s website remains active. Non-payment prior to the contact end date will result in the client’s website becoming unavailable.

17 Late Payment:
Late payments incur an administration fee of £50

18 Payment Methods:
Clients may make payment via, cheque, BACs, debit and credit card via Paypal.

19 Cancellation Of Services:
The client may only in writing including via email cancel their contract with Business Media Promotions by notifying us not less than 8 weeks prior to the contract end date.

20 After Cancellation:
Please note that due to the nature of our design and hosting services, websites provided and hosted by us are non-transferable to other hosting companies. If you cancel your contract with Business Media Promotions your website will no longer be available.

21 Extra Costs:
Business Media Promotions charge for services and products not included within the website packages listed on our website. Prices are available on application.

22 Additional Terms & Conditions
Business Media Promotions reserve the right to amend, update and add new terms and conditions of trading, without giving prior notice.

23 Local Brochure Ads
The current maximum of adverts per edition is 14 adverts. Business Media Promotions reserve the right to increase this without giving notice.
